Shipping policy
Please allow 2-3 days for shipment of your package. Please check the email that you used at checkout for your confirmation and tracking number.
If being picked up locally, you will need to contact the store bbboutique413@gmail.com for instructions.
Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 7-14 day return policy. Upon arrival of your item(s), you will have 7 days to issue a return by contacting bbboutique413@gmail.com. In order to be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition as it was when it arrived {unused, unaltered, with the tag still attached and in its original packaging} *Customer is responsible for shipping item(s) back to retailer*
Once the item(s) have arrived, been inspected, and approved, if it is in the 7 day return window you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. If it is in the 14 day window, you will be issued STORE CREDIT via email.
